We are happy and proud to provide pet boarding, dog daycare, grooming, and swimming at both our Inkster and Troy locations to ensure that all of your pet's needs are met and they are excited to come, stay, and play at our facility.
We do not have any breed restrictions and welcome all breeds to our facility.
We do not require a temperament test or meet and greet before boarding your pet for the first time. If your pet is on the more anxious side, we recommend bringing them in for a half day of daycare so that they can get comfortable with us, and we can get to know them as well. Typically most animals adjust extremely well and fit right in!
Prior to your dog’s first visit, we ask that you make a reservation for their first day of daycare. After their first day, no reservation is required and you can just bring them in for a day of fun!
We are open for daycare 7 days a week. You can drop your dog off any time after 7:00 AM and pick them up any time before 8:00 PM.
We require vaccination records stating that your dog(s) has received the Bordetella, DHLPP+CV, and Rabies vaccines.
We require vaccination records stating that your cat(s) has received the Distemper, Feline Leukemia, and Rabies vaccines.
Regardless of if your cat is an indoor cat only or has never ventured out of your home, we require that they are vaccinated. This is to ensure the health and safety of both your cat, and the others in our care.
Absolutely! Please let us know at drop off if your pet is on any medication. We will typically ask what type of medication it is, the dose that they require, how many times per day they need it, and what their preferred method of administration is. We charge $2 per dose of medication (pills, eye drops, ear drops, etc.) and $5 per dose of inoculations, such as insulin.
Yes! Once they are in our system and we have received the pre-registration form and vaccination records, you are welcome to schedule reservations for your pet at either location.
Yes! Both our Inkster and Troy locations offer dog grooming. Please give us a call to inquire about pricing and availability.
We are thrilled to offer indoor dog swimming at both locations daily. If your dog is with us for daycare or boarding, please let us know at drop off if you would like to schedule a swim during their stay. There is an additional $15 charge for a one hour swim session. For a drop-in swim, please give your preferred location a call and we can reserve your session. The cost for a drop in swim session is $25. There is a fee of $10 per additional dog.
Your dog will go outside at least 7-8 times per day, for roughly 15-20 minutes per period, depending on weather conditions. In extreme conditions, such as heat or cold, this may vary. For example, they may spend less time outside during one particular play period, but they will go outside 10 times per day as opposed to 7-8.
We board all types of pets, from bearded dragons, to ferrets, to tortoises and more. We have even had pigs and chickens stay with us! If you have questions about if we are able to accommodate your pet’s needs, don’t hesitate to call or email us.
We don’t require that you bring anything specific when you drop off your dog. However, you are more than welcome to bring their bed, blankets, toys, treats, and their food. You can bring their bag of food, pre-bag it individually, or put it in a container. We do not accept bowls from home, as they tend to get mixed up in our dishwasher. Other than that, feel free to bring anything that you believe your pet will enjoy having with them during their stay.
Yes, we offer individual, private play separate from the other dogs. Your dog will receive just as much playtime, love and attention from our staff as the others if they are part of our private play.
Unfortunately we do not accept animals over the age of 2 if they are not spayed/neutered, regardless of their size, temperament, breed, etc.
At our Inkster location, each kennel is roughly 4x8, and at our Troy location, they are roughly 4x10. This provides plenty of room for your dog(s) to relax after a day of playtime and fun!
We are open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM for boarding. You can drop off and pick up your pet(s) any time between these hours. If you drop off between 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, there will be no charge for the day of drop off. Otherwise, there is a charge for both the day of drop off and the day of pick up.
No, once you have filled out the pre-registration form one time, we do not need the form filled out again. Please call or email us to set up a reservation.
We are happy to send you photos of your pet(s) while they are with us. Please let us know at check in if you would like us to do so. We are also active on our social media, so feel free to follow us on Instagram or Facebook to see what your furry friend is up to.
Standard boarding is our most popular boarding option. This is where your dog will stay in one of our spacious, temperature controlled kennels when they are not outside playing. The standard boarding rate is $44 per day for one dog. Suite boarding is where your dog will stay "up front" in our lobby area in one of our private rooms (the size of a small bedroom or office). Suite boarding may be a more preferred option for an anxious pup or if you are looking for an option that reminds them of home. The suite boarding rate is $55 per day for one dog.
